a. Separate the RD(innovation and manufacturing) and Management segmentation.
b. Seperate OEM/ODM with Branding.

Second Stage:
a. Legal power(Patent) and Education power to extend the branding value and power.
b. Build a new company with a new "desinger branding".

Third Stage:
a. To evaluate the M&A with the existing brand in Europe.
b. Build up a branding platform.
